Refrigerated Less than Truckload (LTL) Services
Kool Pak provides refrigerated LTL transportation services throughout the United States and Canada, with a concentrated focus on loads originating from Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, and California—both Northern and Southern—all managed by the Truckmate (TMW) software operating system incorporating GPS and supported by PeopleNet and Verizon/Blackberry communication systems. Our industry-leading strategic partners allow Kool Pak to provide unmatched services and information.
Every shipment—be it one pallet or a truckload—is treated with the same care and concern. We manage the temperature of our clients’ products from the point of pickup through the transportation cycle until it is delivered to the consignee. We track every truck via GPS to ensure on-time delivery. Each step is monitored, recorded, tracked, and communicated to our client through the TMW system, available on this website.
Like clockwork, LTL transportation services for Canadian and West Coast points are kept on a standard schedule, delivering on the same days each week.
Transcontinental points are non-scheduled but follow a consistent and reliable pattern of delivering the week following pickup from the shipper.

Truckload and Pool Services
Because Kool Pak is dedicated to serving our clients’ needs, in addition to providing LTL services, we also offer truckload and pool load shipments. We manage this category of freight with the same care that we manage LTL freight and track it with the same technological and state-of-art Penske-provided equipment. Kool Pak’s truckload and pool load services operate throughout the United States. We utilize fifty-three foot dual-temp trailers with bulkheads, data loggers, GPS, and mobile communication—all serviced and maintained by Penske in over 700 locations. |
