Kool Pak’s owner-operator program was developed with you in mind, so the programs are flexible and customizable to meet your needs. Kool Pak can provide a fuel and tax program, operating authority, and permits. It’s all up to you. We’ll even let you review a list of independent contractors if you’d like to learn why they’ve worked so long with Kool Pak.
