Driver Referral Program
The first program is the employee Driver Referral Program. Earn cash incentives when you refer new drivers to us. We’re always looking for new drivers and you can help us grow. With our Driver Referral Program, employees receive $1,000 bonus for any new hire, payable after 90 days of hire.
OTR Driver Program
We’re offering great incentives to join our team! Become part of our esteemed group of drivers and receive a $1,500 one year stay bonus. You’ll also receive $1,750 in transitional pay: week 1 $750, week 2 $500 and week 3 $500 for a grand total bonus of $3,250.00.
Local Driver: Class A CDL Local Drivers are dispatched within the Seattle, Portland and Ontario markets to deliver and/or pick-up temperature-sensitive products. Requires use of electronic logs, compliance with Kool Pak° Claims and Load Management procedures, and compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Regional OTR Driver: Class A CDL Regional OTR Drivers are dispatched from our Terminals to deliver and/or pick-up temperature-sensitive products within the seven western states. Requires use of electronic logs, compliance with Kool Pak° Claims and Load Management procedures, and compliance with FMCSA regulations. Although our Drivers do not have dedicated routes, we ensure home time meets overall expectations and provide greater variety than the I-5 corridor.
Customer Service Representative: CSRs work at Kool Pak° Terminals to assist Drivers with door assignments, work with Owner/Operators, process paperwork and ensure freight is handled according to Kool Pak° policies and customer expectations.
