STEVEN A. NESS: Steve Ness serves as President and chief operating officer of KOOL PAK° LLC. He has held this position since the purchase of the company in 1986. Steve also holds the position of president and chief operating officer of Ness Holding Co. Inc., which owns majority interest in KOOL PAK° LLC. Previously, Steve has served as sales manager, vice president of sales, director, board member, chief operating officer, and president and chief operating officer of various companies owned by Ness Holding Company. Ness Holding Company has owned and operated businesses in the food industry since 1939, in manufacturing, importing, brokering, distributing, trucking, and warehousing. Steve is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Harvard Business School.

WADE J. PALMER: Wade Palmer has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since KOOL PAK° LLC started in July 2003. Wade's responsibilities include accounting, administration, regulatory, legal, and information systems. Previously, Wade was General Manager of Toyo Tanso USA, Inc., a graphite manufacturer. During 11 years, he served in various capacities including corporate controller and vice president of operations, US operations. Prior to Toyo Tanso, Wade worked for Ernst and Young. Wade received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Idaho.

G GEARY: G Geary joined KOOL PAK° LLC in February 2006 in the role of Senior Vice President of Operations. G currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Manager of KOOL PAK° and has over 25 years of experience in the public refrigerated warehousing (PRW) and transportation industries. He has held several executive-level positions in operations, logistics and key account management with AmeriCold Logistics, the world's largest PRW Company. Prior to AmeriCold, G worked as a CPA at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in Portland, Oregon. G received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Accounting from the University of Idaho. G is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.

PAMELA DINSDALE: Pamela Dinsdale joined KOOL PAK° in 1996 working in various capacities and has served as Vice President of Sales since 2004. Pam has over 25 years of experience in the food industry with extensive knowledge in food products from temperature requirements to safety to transportation, distribution and warehousing. Previously, Pam was with Ness and Company as their Corporate Fleet Manager for 12 years and was a Sales Representative for Bob Ward Leasing.

JIM COLGAN: Jim Colgan is the Operations Manager for KOOL PAK° LLC. Jim rejoined KOOL PAK° in March 2006, bringing 22 years of extensive experience in the transportation and logistics industry. He had previously worked for KOOL PAK° as Vice President of Operations for 9 years. Jim is responsible for managing all transportation services. His background includes being the owner and President of Colgan Transportation, which was acquired by KOOL PAK° in 1996. Jim served as Transportation Manager for DPI NW, Warehouse Manager for Columbia Distribution Company and Operations Manager for Fisher Mills. He attended Oregon State University and Linfield College from 1980 to 1983 with an emphasis on Business Administration.

JAMIE PLOWMAN: Jamie Plowman is the President and General Manager for Polar Express. He started in the trucking industry in 1989, picking up and delivering freight throughout the Vancouver, BC area. Over the next nine years, he honed his customer service skills and, seeing a need for a carrier that provided top-notch service in the Seattle to Vancouver corridor, Jamie started Polar Express Transportation Ltd. in 1999. He continued successfully building his company until KOOL PAK° purchased Polar Express in January 2012. Jamie heads up the new company, Kool-Pak Canada ULC, providing transportation services throughout Canada and the US.
