Kool Pak operates from two company owned facilities: Clackamas, Oregon (near Portland), and Kent, Washington (near Seattle). From these locations we provide daily scheduled service throughout the region and nationally, creating a bundle of services custom designed to meet the specific needs of individual clients.

We utilize Truckmate (TMW) state-of-art transportation technology to transmit and receive orders, track shipments, confirm pickup and delivery appointments, provide customer reports, and communicate with drivers. TMW enables a seamless process with industry-leading service levels.
