• Transcontinental: Pay range $.34/mile to $.42/mile. One hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) miles per year.
• Regional OTR (Over-The-Road). Pay range $.34/mile to $.42/mile. One hundred and twenty thousand (120,000) miles per year.
• Local: Pay ranges $14.50/hr. to $21.50/hr. Forty to fifty hours available per week. Part-time positions also available.
• Benefits: Eight paid holidays, vacation program, sick leave, major medical, dental, long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, and matched 401K.
• Per Diem: Currently allocated at $52 per day for drivers paid by the mile.
• Driver Incentives: MPG and Safety incentives paid monthly and bi-annually, respectively, with potential to earn $5,000.00 per year.
• Transitional Pay: Guaranteed pay of $500.00 per week for the first three weeks in addition to standard pay.
• Driver Referral Incentive: $1,000.00 paid to any employee who refers a driver to the company hired by the company.
• Driver Recognition Program: Drivers are recognized for outstanding service weekly, monthly and annually. Awards include gifts, financial remuneration, and truck placards.
